Do you want more clarity around what you want in life and the Confidence to get it?

If so, you are in the right place.

Often, how the world sees you and what you feel inside are at odds.

Outwardly you look together & successful. Inside you secretly feel overwhelmed and exhausted.

Taking time for yourself to Grow, Connect and Play seems selfish.

Outwardly you seem happy.  You are not lonely. And yet inwardly, you would love to have deeper conversations, deeper connections and spontaneous belly laughs far more often.

Others see you as confident.  And, you would love to feel more confident and take more action on your dreams.

Most people think you are responsible but inside it feels like life is on autopilot.  At times you feel bored and uninspired.

Most people see you coping well with Covid's restrictions, limitations and challenges. Inside you crave in person connection, fun and adventure.

Going on retreats where you take off without your family or partner feels self indulgent.

You feel secretly bored with the routine of your life.

You want to have the support and inspiration of a coach and a group to grow, connect and rebuild your confidence

yet feel afraid to ask yourself for permission or get your partner's buy in.

In GAP 2022 you will:

Build a road map for what you want in this season of your life.

Develop clarity around what lights up  your inner fire.

Learn how to support your energy with daily, weekly and monthly routines.

Generate confidence to take your next steps.

Feel connected, supported and inspired.

We meet monthly at the iconic Columbia Tower Club.

Each month we gather in the evening for a deep coaching session at the Columbia Tower club or The Collective both in Seattle. The comfortable setting, the gorgeous view all support private, deep conversations. Trust and Connection is built with our consistent monthly sessions.

Adventures both inspire and challenge

Each year we embark on retreats and adventures. In 2022 we will have 3 retreats.  Changing your environment allows you to both relax, unwind, play and generate new perspectives.

Challenges come in all types.  This is creative challenge where we all made wax molds for rings.

Each ring was then taken back to the studio of our a local artist who created our gorgeous rings.

Integrating deep conversations in gentle nature excursions.

Gorgeous "down time" Puget Sound exploration.

We Play.

Down time to relax, connect and Play.  Insights happen when we create space for them.

Retreat #1: Finding treasures, a truffle treasure hunt.

We will stay at a lovely house on Camano Island about 1 hours north of Seattle.  Tentative days:  March 27-30.  Lydia is a trained Italian truffle hunter! Her trainer and truffle expert will guide our treasue hunt.

Retreat Adventure #2:  Leavenworth, WA We will river raft down the Wenatchee river together as a team.

After leaving the practice of law and before becoming a firefighter, I was a professional river raft guide.  :) This is an exhilarating team adventure that I can't wait to share with you!  Tentative dates: May 19 -22.

Our retreats are about much more than the adventure!  Each retreat has a theme that drives our coaching and activities.

Doing adventures that scare you a little can build confidence in interesting places.  A member of GAP for the last several years was terrified of doing the "high ropes course".  (No one is ever required to do more than they want.)

And, inspiration took over. She completed several obstacles high up in the air.   Later that summer she was getting nervous preparing to present to a  larger zoom group than she was comfortable with.

Remembering she  had faced the high ropes and successfully navigated those obstacles gave her the confidence to present to group of important investors than normally would have derailed her.

Retreat #3:  Camano Island, WA

We will travel to this gorgeous town, engage in gentle walks and deep coaching, and play in nature.

Down time to relax, connect and Play.  Insights happen when we create space for them.

Lezlie Plastino,  Partner Commercial Real Estate Management

Shannon is insightful, strong in mind and body, and inspired with great ideas! As my coach, she has provided effective tools, mindfulness trainings and guidance in goal setting and healthy living that helped me grow through challenges and continually strive to become the most balanced version of my best self. Shannon’s coaching, support and encouragement has been an invaluable blessing in my life – all during a period of time when I was recovering from the loss of my brother, my dad and mother, changing career paths and recovering from a significant personal injury. Without any hesitation or qualifications, I recommend Shannon as a brilliant life coach for those seeking effective results in life-management and even transformation.
Thank you Shannon!

Cynthia Turner - friend, fan, supporter, cheerleader, and Administrative Law Judge

I’ve been working with Shannon for little over a year. In that time she has helped me both professionally and personally by offering opportunities to find clarity and perspective. I can confidently say that without her gentle guidance and thoughtful approach, I would not have navigated the last year nearly as successfully or as intentionally. The work is not always easy or fun, but the outcome has been worth it in every respect.
