Three times per month (1x a week) you will get a new training inside the Gym.  

You will be able to progress at your own speed and level.

You will get worksheets to help you.

Once per month we will gather on a video conference and I will take questions and coach live.

What if I can't make the Live calls? 

No worries!  

Everything is recorded and placed into the Gym Portal so you have access whenever is convenient for you.
